Change with registered applications after Feb 2026 AGOL update?

Hello,

I use registered applications (OAuth 2.0 Credentials) in ArcGIS Online in order to access secure services in my custom application using a client ID and secret. I would control which items these applications could access through the "Item Access" configurations in the Settings page.

After the February 2026 update to ArcGIS Online yesterday, I noticed a change in the interface to my application. It now says "Generated app token will have access to (0) items" (it was several dozen before this change) and I'm not sure how I can edit this to grant access to the necessary items again, or why this change occurred in the first place. Does anyone have any insight on this?

Seeing changes on my end where my content is still shared, but sharing new content seems to require me to re-share all my content manually again. Hopefully updating my content items doesn't interfere with anything downstream in my workflow.

I don't see any notes from ESRI about the interface changing, but it absolutely has.
