We have the Motorola / Spillman system for our Officers. One of the locators is based on a Washington state clips of the ESRI Streets feature class. Back in 2022 the Spillman tech was able to build a locator using a copy of the data from 2021. We are trying to do the same thing with a new copy of the data but it's not working. The spillman tools fails on NULL
