Is it possible to create your own "ArcGIS Solution" that can be deployed to other organizations?

I have a need to create a standard set of items to support a business process that is not covered in the existing gallery of ArcGIS Solutions.  I'd like to take the components (ex. webmap, survey123, hosted feature layer, etc) and package them up then allow my clients to press a button and deploy that into their organization.  The exact same workflow as the ArcGIS Solution technology does today.

While there are multiple ways this could be scripted, my goal is to minimize user friction by enabling a single‑button deployment and eliminating the need for users to manage scripting or organizational connections, especially when supporting deployments across 50+ organizations. I've found one topic a few years back that mentioned using the Solution Github repository but was wondering if there was a more straight forward approach created since then.  I swore I saw custom ArcGIS Solutions on a roadmap or Esri presentation a while back...

@HamzaBouras, yes we are considering both ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise for this.

Hi Chris,

I just wanted to check is this approach also supported in ArcGIS Enterprise, or is it mainly intended for ArcGIS Online? We are working in an Enterprise environment and would like to know if it’s possible to implement it there as well.

@Matt-Huser, the way you can currently do this is using the solution.js library I describe in the post you shared. However, you are correct that creating your own solution and making it available to others to deploy is on our roadmap.
