Just noticed as of 6/22 update that Collector app on iOS is now "ArcGIS Collector" instead of "Collector for ArcGIS". Old name still used on Google Play and Esri webpages. Is this an official name change?

Good observation! Yes, starting at the esri UC timeframe (July 2020) Collector will have a formal name change from "Collector for ArcGIS" to "ArcGIS Collector". This is part of a larger effort to unify all of the esri products where "ArcGIS" will be used as a prefix in product names.
