Migrated existing data from other systems to Water Distribution Utility Network. The existing dataset included retired, inactive water lines, devices, and junction to the UN. Is it possible to use lifecycle status or any other system flag to exclude retired assets from the validation process? Or this will need to go down to the network category or asset type level in the model decide ?!
For example, the one In-Service (active) water main overlap partially with another decommissioned Water Main (different length). There are one junction and one device at two ends of decommissioned water main. How to exclude inactive assets from the validation ? to exclude them from the dirty area and error lines and error points.
