I created a simple POI locator in Pro and packaged it with a mmpk. It works well inside Pro, but it doesn't produce any results in Navigator. Android 12, latest navigator, Pro 3.6.

@Y_Chau have you opened up a case with Esri Support? If not, I would recommend it, they can help you to troubleshoot this further.

Dropping a pin and manually entering lat long work fine on the mmpk. I used the create locator tool. It gives me a .loc file. I select this file while creating mmpk. Before packaging I test the locator inside Pro and it works fine.
What other tool do you suggest?

@Y_Chau what tool did you use to create your locator? And are you able to route properly using other methods in that mmpk (for example dropping a pin at a location)?
Hi @KerriRasmussen, yes there is a ND. It's a custom ND not SMP. Using same search keyword as in Pro it just says - No place results. Followed in the next line by - No results found matching <keyword>.
Good morning. Can you tell me more about what you are seeing or not seeing in Navigator when you search? Are you getting an error message? Also, in your mmpk do you have a network dataset, either StreetMap Premium or a custom dataset?
