Script embed: white space and pink layover

Hi,

I have created a storymap (see here) and used advanced embed to embed this on my website (see here). Thank you for this feature, I am really happy the double scroll is gone.

However, it is showing blank space before the story starts (see screenshot), and content turns into a pink rectangle when I hover over it. Are there ways to fix this?
