If you go to this sample and it reports that Web GL is not supported then you need to upgrade your computers graphics card.

Yes the sample applications are not running , getting an error 
js.arcgis.com/4.6/dojo/dojo.js:288 [esri.views.SceneView] #validate() Your WebGL implementation doesn't seem to support hardware accelerated rendering. Check if your GPU is blacklisted.
Can anyone please suggest how to resolve this issue
