I created a view layer from a Sruvey123 generated feature service and shared it with public. The view layer is not displaying any results when viewing anonymously.
In private tab:
When logged in:
check your settings on the feature layer and see what editors are allowed to view
On the hosted feature service, I changed to "Editors can see all features".
Still no records showing on the view layer.
