Good morning community members!
I have several story maps that were created under my school account which I will soon lose access to. I want to be able to duplicate these stories for future updating in my personal esri account. Through my school account I went into each story map and made them public and selected allow duplication for each:
It has been a couple of days now and when I navigate to any of the story maps through the shared link in order to duplicate them, the "duplicate story" option is grayed out:
I also tried checking "show in web search results" with no luck.
Any ideas would be appreciated!
