How to Transfer ArcGIS StoryMap Ownership to Another User or Between Two Enterprise Accounts?

Hi all, I’m currently facing a challenge with content transfer between two ArcGIS Online enterprise accounts and would appreciate any guidance or suggestions.
I created a series of new ArcGIS StoryMaps under my Georgetown University enterprise account. But now I want to transfer ownership of those StoryMaps to another enterprise account managed by a nonprofit organization.

Is there any Esri-supported process for transferring StoryMaps (and their associated hosted data/maps) from one org to another?

Also, can I transfer ownership of an ArcGIS StoryMap to another user within the same enterprise organization? If so, what’s the process?

And is it possible to transfer ownership to a user in another organization?

Transferring internally can be done the same way as transferring ownership in other layers:

This will appear in their own storymap section after transferred!

Transferring outside would be the same as the cloning, it would then be theirs, be aware that this doesn't take into account organizational ownership via owned rights, so I would recommend getting permission from the institution or organization to transfer this to avoid any issues later down the road!
