ArcGIS Pro Layout Grid border style (black and White as Scalebar)

I ask, if any way to change the grid or graticule border in layout to be black and white as scalebar and changed with the grid lines position as shown below

This layout created by QGIS as measured grid, just I ask if this applicable in ArcGIS Pro?

There's lots of ways to customize the grid and graticule! What kind of grid are you using? I can't quite tell if that's a custom, reference, or measured grid.
