Add ability for Diag Mon to record in application mouse click events and actual Windows OS recorded mouse click events.

To help troubleshoot Pro's unresponsiveness to input, it would be handy to compare what Pro saw as input clicks and what click events were registered in Windows during the same period.

This is a bit complex as a user can well click outside of Pro, but for those of us bugged by the laggy nature of the Pro UI it could be a great tool to work out if it is OS/Driver/hardware, or just Pro being !pro.

Further context.

In its simplest form I would like to do some work in Pro and after 10min compare how many times Pro thinks I've clicked the mouse vs how many times Windows recorded a click.
