I'm trying to delete a user that is no longer with my organization. However, he has one web map that I have been unable to change the owner of (Transfer Content worked for other files but not this one) or delete (it's setting is apparently to prevent accidental deletion).
I can open the web map in the Map Viewer and I can see its Preview information, but when I click to view the item details, AGOL just churns indefinitely. So, I can't change the ownership and I can't change the delete settings.
Any workarounds?
