Edit verticies on line remains event after edits saved and selection cleared

Question

How do I clear the Edit Verticies  on a line feature within a file geodatabase?

I've tried: saving edits, clearing selection, clicking on another tool in the Edit menu, zooming in and out, panning around, selecting another feature and clearing it.

I'm using Pro version 3.4.3.

It was one of the odd scenarios that can't be reproduced.  I've never seen it occur before.  After rebooting my virtual machine and opening Pro, I tried editing the same feature and the edit vertices goes away when I clear selection.

@LoriEmersonKDOT 'Clear selection' should clear you out of the edit vertices state - this is expected behavior.

- do you see this issue consistently across various data layers? or is this isolated to a select few?

- are other users in your organization also facing the same?

I assume you have re-started Pro session and re-booted computer as part of your troubleshooting. You can enlist IT support to help with How To: Perform an ArcGIS pro Soft Reset  as suggested by Robert. If issue is unresolved, log an Esri Tech support ticket.

@LoriEmersonKDOT - seeing this and your other question does make me wonder if something is up with your installation of ArcGIS Pro.  I do not see this behavior either.  Whenever I see general wonky behavior like this, I always recommend a soft reset of ArcGIS Pro.  Here's the documentation on how to do this - How To: Perform an ArcGIS pro Soft Reset
