After recently updating ArcGIS Pro to 3.4.3, now the ESRI basemaps won't load at all. I can select them from Map>Layer>Basemap, but then I am left with a gray background. This is true for all of my maps in Pro. Basemaps still work in AGOL. What do you think the problem is?
