Add "Paste Empty" to Paste Special when copying in Catalog Pane

Add an option to paste an empty feature class when using Copy > Paste Special in Catalog Pane.

This will make it much faster to create a new & empty feature class using another as a template.

While you're at it, fix the alias bug when using Paste Special.

No - I suspect Esri thinks it is a feature currently, so here's the Idea to make it better:
