Coordinate conversion widget for NTS or DLS coordinates

Hello,

In short, how do I make a coordinate conversion app that you can either input a DLS or NTS location (Canada), and it goes to that location on the map, or, input DD coordinates and have it list the DLS or NTS for that location?
