Right now there is no ability to delete records directly in the attribute table of a feature service on ArcGIS Online. This is painful as I need to either go into Map Viewer or open the service in Pro.
This is a useful idea, especially for web maps that may be maintained/updated by people (in my case, faculty and students) who are unfamiliar with ArcGIS Pro, but can navigate AGOL with a bit of confidence.
