IntegratedMesh3DTilesLayer should have the important and useful "modifications" property (as does IntegratedMeshLayer)

For applications that use ESRI's ArcGIS Javascript API (like EXB and WAB),

it is crucially important that layers of type IntegratedMesh3DTilesLayer will also have the "modifications" Property, as do layers of type IntegratedMeshLayer .

ESRI Example "IntegratedMeshLayer modification" demonstrates the importance of "modifications" Property.
