Error: AttributeError:module.'time' had no attribute clock

I'm getting an error with the catchment polygon delineation tool in ArcHydro, with "AttributeError: module 'time' has no attribute 'clock'".  It comes out with a 'warning' and stops the tool from creating catchment polygons from the catchment grid.

 

Any help with this would be great.

This method is deprecated since Python version 3.3 and will be removed in Python version 3.8.

The software version you are using is either old or this particular area wasn't updated
