AGOL is super slow.

ArcGIS Online is running really slowly this morning, and some layers aren’t displaying at all or are taking a long time to load.

Same here 😞 Seems to be an issue with Hosted Feature Services that thankfully Esri is already aware of. Fingers crossed it's resolved in short order.
