Locating point features

Hi. I'm using ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2, i have a a question. I am trying to figure out how to locate point features not connected to a line (in this case, meters not connected to water lines) I've googled and seen select by attribute but there is no option "Connection equal to yes" in mine. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hey @StefanShook 

If the point directly connects to a line, you may be able to use Select by Location to show an intersect, and then invert the spatial relationship.

This here will select every Water Meter that does not intersect with a Water Line:
