I need to remove permanent License from one PC that is not available.

Hi everyone

I am attempting to reclaim two perpetual licenses from two separate PCs. One PC is no longer operational, while I still have access to the other. We utilized a local server as the original repository for these licenses, but unfortunately, I'm unable to retrieve them. Furthermore, I have access to server too.

The licenses would need to be recovered via MyEsri - https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-recover-lost-licenses-from-my-esri-000016186

I would recommend speaking with your management to see if they have any record of this, and if they are not able to help, please contact your local Esri distributor.

Hi Dan, thanks for the info, I don't have any information on how to request this help, since I'm entering this company as a new IT and there is no documentation on this matter. It's very possible that they don't even have an account directly, they could have already acquired the software through a third party.
