Legend and label

I've tried arranging the legend items horizontally in ArcGIS, but I can't move the "highly suitable" label to be side by side with the other items. Can anyone help with this?

Try:

Open the Element pane for the Legend.
Click Show properties
Toggle off Layer name and/or Headings
