How to add Scale as a picklist in Print widget

I have create custom print service deployed on Enterprise 11.1.

In the print widget, I want user to select scale with the following options:

• 1:10,000
• 1:25,000
• 1:50,000
• 1:100,000
• 1:250,000
• 1:500,000

Is it possible to add scale?
