exporting map to Shapefile and GEOJson not including featured colours

Hi does anyone have an idea on how to export a map to Shapefile and GEOJson so it includes property attributes for colour of polygons and strokes?

e.g.

"stroke": "#3cb2b4",

"stroke-width": 5,

"stroke-opacity": 1

On attempting to import into other map viewers e.g. HERE XYZ: GeoJSON Visualizer all lines are grey. I searched and tried numerous things and cannot work this out. Any help is greatly appreciated.
