Geoserver WMS error: Service does not exist or is inaccessible.

Question

Hi,

I have this layer in a Geoserver:

https://OUR_DOMAIN:OUR_PORT/geoserver/WMS_ACDC/wms?service=WMS&version=1.1.0&request=GetMap&layers=WMS_ACDC%3A222_T33_mo_rgb&bbox=499980.0%2C4990200.0%2C809760.0%2C5400000.0&width=580&height=768&srs=EPSG%3A32633&styles=&format=application/openlayers

I am not able to add it as a new layer in Arcgis online because I got this error:
Service does not exist or is inaccessible.

What can cause it? The server is available when I take it available. I am able to place this into QGIS too, only arcgis is not working.
I made the CORS config in the web.xml too.

Hi @ekovesdi out of interest, did you find the solution to this problem?

In my experience this error does often relate to a CORS configuration issue.
