Streets labels are not displaying

We are using the Imagery default basemap style with MapLibre.

https://basemaps-api.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/styles/ArcGIS:Imagery?type=style&token=<access-token>

The imagery tiles are displaying correctly as well as the labels except for the street names labels.

Any idea or suggestion why this is happening?

Does it only show at specific zoom levels?
