Maritime and Bathymetry Tools

Hello, 

I am using ArcGIS Pro to create Bathymetric maps. I have followed the steps in these articles to download and install the Maritime and Bathymetry product files in ArcGIS Pro.

When I attempt to use the Maritime and Bathymetry tools, I get a message saying that the tool is not licensed. Has anybody else run into this issue before?
