Save symbology for an entire feature class in Pro like old .lyr file

Remember how you could save a .lyr file in ArcMap and then use it to import the symbology you saved for a feature class? Like all of the symbols associated with that feature class based on a field in that attribute table. Can that be done in Pro? I don't want to save a style for a single feature. I want to save the symbols for all the features in a feature class.

And I don't want to import from another layer using the import button below, because I don't have the other layer available somewhere.
