How to set subnetwork controller name and subnetwork name

Hi everyone, we have difficulty in set  the subnetwork controller and we have a few question..

Is the subnetwork name linked to the supply area? If so, how can multiple areas be included, since our storage/supply device may supply to more than 1 area.
For example:
We have supply  name "Kolam Tangki  Sebukor IV" and it supply to 3 area  1)Kolam twin tower, 2) Kawasan banda Melaka and Taman Desa Baru.

If the subnetwork name isn't related to the supply area, what steps should be taken to assign each storage point to the specific area it will supply?

The meaning behind subnetworks depends on which model you're using, and based on your description it sounds like you're modeling a water system. With that in mind I'm going to answer these questions using the configuration found in the base water utility network foundation.

It sounds like this area contains a single "water system" subnetwork that has three "water pressure" subnetworks. The supply/storage that provide water to all three areas during normal operation will be subnetwork controllers for the water system tier. While the equipment that regulate each zone (pressure valves, pumps, etc) are exclusive to each area will be subnetwork controllers for the water pressure tier for each area.
