ExpBuilder Print Widget Scalebar - Want to Change Default Units from Miles to Feet

Question

I am currently configuring a new app in Experience Builder Developer version 1.12. I have added and configured the "Print" widget. There is no option in the default settings, to change the Scalebar units. The default is currently in "Miles" and I need it in "Feet".

I found where I can change the "scalebarUnit", in the app "config.json" files. As soon as I Publish/Update my app, the default changes back to "Miles."

Where can I change this in the code to make this default permanent? Is there a jimu file that controls this setting?

The scalebar unit can be changed, but it currently only has 4 options: Miles, Kilometers, Meters, and Feet. I'm hoping there can be an additional option for acres.

You can change the default Scalebar unit in the templates of the Print service. Simply open a template and change the Scalebar unit in the Layout options.

I'm also hoping for an advancement for this Scalebar unit setting in the Print widget. The Web Experience we're creating uses acres as the default unit across the entire platform, so we're hoping it can also be added as an option in the scalebar unit dropdown.
