Enable pop-up on hover in AGO Map Viewer

It would be nice if the pop-up for a feature would open up as you hover over it instead of having to click on the feature in Map Viewer to access the pop-up.

Express maps have hover popups... I wish we had them in other Web Maps!

Some Instant Apps (like Media) enable you to configure hover pop-ups.

I also 100% wish for this! I have clients asking to do this all the time - similar to Tableau or Carto functionality
