Status information in Field Maps

In the portal interface you can add important information in a banner that shows up using the portal. But the important information never reaches all those users that only use Field Maps. It would make life easier if it was possible to communicate with those at the end of the line too. In a banner or in a message that is shown when the app is opened for example.

Poder enviar mensagens para os usuários do app teria sido muito útil hoje, quando minha equipe de TI, com muito pouco aviso, precisou tentar atualizar o portal para 12.1 para corrigir alguns problemas com expressões Arcade que não funcionam na 12.0. Esses usuários nunca saberão o que está acontecendo, já que eles usam apenas mapas no Field Maps.

It would be great if there was an option to send messages to Field Maps users. In our org, most users access our ArcGIS Online platform via Field Maps or directly to WebApps from the home page or shortcuts they've saved, meaning banners in ArcGIS Online would likely not catch many users. We rely on email communications to notify staff of changes, etc, but with so much email traffic day-to-day, many don't see these comms until later (or at all).

I too would like to see what we set for an Information Banner (when we do have it set) appearing to all of users, regardless of whether they are accessing our system via the web or app.
