Edit a Record in the Survey123 widget from a button in list widget

Hi All

Is it possible to use the button for a record in the list widget to populate then edit that record in the associated survey in the survey123 widget?  I know it would be possible selecting it from a map, but in my case the records are effectively non-spatial.  So what I want is a list of records with a corresponding button allowing the user to update that record in the survey123 widget if required.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

It's only the later release of ExB that allows you to attach the survey widget to a list widget. My workaround for that was to create a popup window in my ExB app. The popup window would have an embed widget and that widget would open the survey using an url. The url would pass in the globalId for the selected record from the list widget so the correct record could be edited.

Hi @ChrisRoberts2 ,

The Survey123 widget is connected to the feature layer, not directly to the map widget. So selecting a record from the list widget will populate the Survey123 widget in the same way as selecting that record on the map.
