StoryMap not loading

I cannot edit my StoryMap that I've been working on anymore. When I try to open the editor, a blank page with the error messages "Hmm... there seems to be an issue" and "The item can't be loaded" opens up instead.

Before this error occurred, I changed a WebMap within the StoryMap and reloaded it.

I've seen this error page before, but after returning to the StoryMaps home page and reopening the respective StoryMap, it always worked again.

I am using Google Chrome, but the same thing happens on Edge too.

@saemih -- I'm very sorry this happened to your story. If you are unable to edit your story, please contact Esri Support and they can help you fix this.

This is an issue we have seen from time to time with a small number of stories, and we are working on ways to prevent this issue from occurring.
