SDK v100: mmpk labels is over overlay icons!

Hi. We are trying to make an application using v100 SDK for Net. Our app has map window and object icons on it (status-colored circle with icon inside) and we found that our vector map road/houses labels allways placed over overlay objects. Is there any way to fix this ???
