Não é possível conectar a Organização com My Esri

Question

Estou com um problema para conectar o My Esri com a Organização. Tenho o papel de Administrador e o tipo de usuário GIS Professional Advanced.<\/P> Quando faço login no My Esri, recebo:<\/P> <\/span><\/P> <\/P>P1:<\/STRONG> Como enviar convite da Organização para o My Esri? <\/P> <\/P>E quando vou em Overview > Connected Organizations eu vejo isto:<\/SPAN><\/P><\/span><\/P> <\/P>P2:<\/STRONG> Como conectar a Organização ao My Esri? <\/P> <\/P>Concluí os cursos online My Esri 101<\/A> e Introduction to My Esri Administration<\/A> para entender melhor e aprender a usar o My Esri.<\/P> <\/span><\/P>P3:<\/STRONG> Não vejo "Connect to My Esri" na página do My Esri. Por que não vejo? Fiz algo errado? <\/P> <\/P>Você pode me ajudar a resolver esses problemas? <\/P>Obrigado!<\/P>

In the first screenshot you posted, My Esri is offering you the instructions on what you need to do to get an invitation. My Esri detected that you are outside the US, so you are prompted to contact your distributor. If you click on the link provided ("contact your distributor"), you should be taken to the esri.com page of your distributor, which lists the ways you can contact your distributor.

If you don't see the information when you click on the link, go to this page: https://www.esri.com/en-us/contact#c=us&t=0

And in the search box called "Not the office you’re looking for?" enter your country's name, and you'll be able to access its contact resource list.
