Views Navigation Help

Hey I am following a tutorial and I tried to add a views navigation bar but it said, "Please add a section to use this widget" and I am very confused. I have a section already what can I do? Thank you

Make sure you add the Section widget to the canvas and keep it at the same layout level with the Views Navigation widget. These two widgets are used in pairs.
