FieldMaps submitted data deletes/disappears

Question

I have been using FieldMaps and after I submit a new feature, it appears. When I return from the field and view the synced data, only some of my collected features appear, and when I refer back to the FieldMaps app the data is missing there as well. I have had this happen a few times but it is sporadic. Some features will remain, but others will disappear entirely as if they were not collected. My configuration is set up for offline. Any ideas as to what's going on or how to prevent it in the future?

Hi @geogorl, can you tell me a bit more about your workflow? Are you using preplanned offline areas (created in either Field Maps Designer or Map Viewer) or are users selecting areas to download directly on their devices? Approximately how many records are being updated between syncs? Are users all syncing at the same time or sporadically during the day? How many layers are in you map? Are you using any Arcade in your forms? And if there is any other information you can provide about your workflow would be helpful.

We're having a similar issue - two instances so far of users collecting data in the field, but having that data disappear during sync.
