In order to add this csv item to ArcGIS Online hosted feature layer, I deleted all other feature layers. However, even there has already no layer, the system still display the duplicate filed names error.
You have two columns named "Total Enrolments_P". (Column F and Column AB).
Make sure you don't have any null fields (empty columns) in the CSV.
My data does not contain any null fields or even null values within the cells. They also don't contain spaces.
