Cannot access settings in Dashboard

I would love to enable the reset function on my dashboard, but I can't find or access the dashboard's settings. Am I missing something? Menu is pictured below.

This dashboard is built on AGOL, is owned by me and shared with a group.

What is the reset function?

Supposedly, dashboards now has this reset function whereby the user can click on a brand-new button to reset all filters:
