How to export some feature classes from arcmap into file geodatabase including domains and subtypes ?

Hello , 

i would like to export  some feature classes from arcmap including domain and subtypes in file geodatabase format ?

I have tried with arc catalog but it allows me only to get xml document but not file geodatabase ,i am not sure why .

is there other method instead arccatalog ? 
how to check later that file geodatabase has domain and subtypes as expected ?

Use ArcCatlog, copy the featurclass, paste to the FGDB.

ArcCatlog copy/paste will preserve all the domains/subtypes.  Get properties of the FGDB will show you the domains, look at subtypes in the featureclass properties to see subtypes.
