I have a customer who wants their ArcGIS Dashboard to be used by people from around the world, and recently they asked whether it was possible to have the default extent of the web app within dashboard be set to the user's country or continent. They referenced a similar capability seen when using Google Maps. I'm not sure if Google is using browser information or what to set extents- but I wanted to see if anything like this capability is available with the current version of ArcGIS Online.
