Traverse Tool/COGO

Hi! I am an intern currently and I am helping with mapping legal descriptions of properties that belong to a Trust. The issue I am having right now is with how I go about putting in Direction in the traverse tool. The Legal description I have to go off is the attached image.

I have an outline of the area, so I know where to start, just not sure how to go about entering direction in the tool.

That legal doesn't really have any directions. The first bit is defining which portions of the PLSS sections belong to the property. These are also known as "aliquots", if you want some trivia.
