Spark Error

Question

Hi! I am doing crash analysis on my Term Project. I am trying to aggregate data by using the aggregate point tool but when the tool run it is giving me error. The error is saying its Spark error. Can someone help me how to troubleshoot this, Error? I have an Advanced License
