Can not Poll an External Website For JSON like tutorial videos.

Hello There, I'm newbie and i wanna learn about geo event. I use geoevent ver. 11.0,

I ve trouble when started to study about input with "Poll an External Website for JSON" as like as videos in tutorial (https://www.arcgis.com/apps/FilterGallery/index.html?appid=7f3e456ae0164cfeabc34acc6a87c96a&rsource=https%3A%2F%2Flinks.esri.com%2Fgeoevent-gallery)

My Trouble is when i done with all the parameters(like in videos), the count does not change from 0.

i will attached screenshoot from my PC.
