ArcGIS Pro 3.1 - Alter field alias not working with registered views

Hi,
With ArcGIS Pro 3.1, I'm not able to alter field aliases of registered views anymore (sde version: 10.9.0, Oracle database).
Is that a known issue? At version 3.0 it works perfectly.
This problem is seriously affecting our productivity and is preventing us from upgrading to ArcGIS Pro latest version.

I found the same bug.  Has anyone filed a report with Esri on the matter?
