Yes.
One ArcGIS Server can connect to more than one database concurrently AND one database server can support more than two be ArcGIS Server concurrently.
in essence it’s not different to lots of ArcGIS pros sharing a database.
Bear in mind that your DBA may need to tune the size of the database though…. Much more detailed Q there.
